Kim Griffin
Kim is an experienced actor, both onstage and on screen. Her passion lies with the Theatre, and has also produced and directed work for 313 Media Entertainment and Arts, and Wollongong Workshop Theatre. Her most notable performances to date are as Blanche, A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams, Nora, A Dolls House by Enrik Ibsen and as Nurse Ratched, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Dale Wasserman. Recently trained with Screenwise Australia, Kim has also trained with NIDA. Her screen debut was in award winning history documentary, Beneath Black Skies (2013), closely followed by the release of award winning feature film, Rites of Passage (2013), where Kim beautifully depicts the tragedy of a woman living with domestic violence. Kim is also a qualified trainer and has over ten years experience teaching and training adults in both University and Vocational contexts. With experience in the corporate, government and community sectors, Kim is an adaptable presenter, facilitator, and is experienced in role play for training purposes.
